What you will do
- Serve as the clinical subject matter expert for acute therapy solutions, including CRRT and acute critical care products.
- Provide hands-on support during therapy initiation and troubleshooting in ICU settings.
- Guide clinicians on therapy protocols, prescription optimization, workflow efficiency, and patient safety.
- Deliver training, onboarding, workshops, CMEs, and CRRT simulation sessions for ICU nurses, nephrologists, and intensivists.
- Support therapy adoption, account development, tenders, evaluations, product conversions, and new product launches.
- Build relationships with clinical stakeholders, provide technical support, monitor clinical trends, and share market and product insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent RN qualification.
- At least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in nephrology or an ICU unit.
- Valid practicing nursing certificate or license from the Malaysian Nursing Board.
- Own motor vehicle.
- Availability for scheduled standby/on-call coverage of the 24-hour clinical hotline.
