Senior Medical Scientific Liaison (Oncology)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan; field-based with at least 80% of working time spent in external interactions

What you will do

• Lead compliant scientific engagements with oncology healthcare professionals.
• Provide balanced, evidence-based medical information aligned with healthcare professional and patient-care needs.
• Collect and translate field insights into medical plans supporting launch readiness, lifecycle management, and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with clinical and cross-functional partners to develop and optimize scientific materials and medical initiatives.
• Support hirify.global-sponsored and investigator-initiated research, including evidence-generation activities.
• Measure and communicate the impact of field medical activities while supporting broader Medical Affairs priorities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of medical affairs experience or relevant therapeutic-area experience; existing MSL experience is preferred.
• Fluent English and Mandarin are required, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong medical writing, scientific presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific information in local, regional, and global settings.

Nice to have

• PhD, PharmD, or MD.
• Oncology therapeutic-area experience.
• Experience supporting clinical research, real-world evidence, or evidence-generation activities.
