What you will do

• Set up exams and assessments in Inspera.
• Provide technical support to academic and professional staff, students, and other users.
• Organize and deliver class tests and assessments using Inspera.
• Track exam and assessment setup and provide additional support when required.
• Perform quality checks before assessments go live and monitor online test progress.
• Explain technical concepts and processes clearly in an exam setting.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-focused role.
• Strong communication skills and confidence handling queries with patience and professionalism.
• Technical aptitude and confidence using online systems and technology.
• Excellent attention to detail and meticulous record keeping.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for training from 19 to 23 October and full-time hours from 29 October to 16 November, Monday to Friday.
