About the Role
You will identify and engage exceptional engineering candidates through targeted sourcing strategies and personalized outreach. You will collaborate with hiring managers and talent partners share market insights analyze sourcing metrics and quickly adapt to new roles and requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical sourcing experience for senior engineering talent
- Experience sourcing hard-to-find positions
- Experience using sourcing tools conducting market research and developing personalized outreach
- Ability to analyze sourcing metrics conversion rates and market data
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong persistence and results orientation
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic sourcing initiatives for engineering roles
- Conduct targeted outreach to passive candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the talent team
