RWE Project Lead

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary real-world evidence projects across relevant therapeutic areas and clinical development functions.
• Coordinate with portfolio heads, Global Project Teams, clinical science, research, digital, regulatory, and other stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Execute project-specific roadmaps, create business cases, document activities, and deliver project outcomes.
• Support RWE platform strategy, including roadmap development and access to fit-for-purpose datasets.
• Engage with external stakeholders and policy groups at FDA and EMA level.
• Generate, discuss, disseminate, and apply regulatory and real-world evidence packages.

Requirements

• PhD or MSc in Health Sciences with a quantitative background, Epidemiology, or Public Health.
• At least 2 years of experience in real-world evidence or clinical projects in industry.
• Experience delivering complex projects, with strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of real-world evidence, data analytics, statistics, clinical development, and evidence generation.
• Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements affecting clinical development plans, labeling, and promotional claims.
• Experience or interest in big data and modern technology-stack environments; knowledge of therapeutic areas such as immunology and inflammation, neuroscience, or rare diseases.
