Summer Associate Internship (Mobile Developer) (iOS/Android): Building and maintaining secure mobile banking features for iOS and Android applications with an accent on scoped feature development, API integration, testing, and accessibility. Focus on debugging mobile applications, implementing secure coding practices, and collaborating in Agile teams to deliver reliable digital banking experiences.
Location: Hybrid at offices in Vienna, Virginia; Pensacola, Florida; Winchester, Virginia; or San Diego, California, United States. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.
Salary: $26.44-$46.88 per hour

What you will do
- Assist with developing and maintaining mobile banking features for iOS and Android.
- Build scoped features, user interface components, and defect fixes under developer guidance.
- Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, backend services, and approved third-party libraries.
- Write unit and user interface tests, troubleshoot defects, and support application reliability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, peer code reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Apply platform-specific development standards, secure coding practices, accessibility expectations, and version-control practices.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Foundational knowledge of object-oriented programming and software development concepts.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language and the ability to research, debug, analyze, and solve problems.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Pet projects involving application or feature development.
- Experience with debugging or automation.
- Experience with authentication or security.
- Previous experience with other companies.
