What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Educate clients about alternative banking solutions, investment vehicles, and non-FDIC-insured products.
• Manage customer relationships and engage with portfolios to support growth, risk mitigation, referrals, and retention.
• Conduct direct calling, appointment setting, networking, outbound phone, email, conference, and appropriate social media activities.
• Cross-sell banking solutions and partner with Small Business and Lending teams to address customer needs.
• Meet assigned sales goals for deposits, mortgages, investment accounts, fee income, and new bank relationships.

Requirements

• Licensed relationship management experience focused on client development and financial solutions.
• Ability to support investment, banking, lending, and deposit-related customer needs.
• Ability to work at the San Diego headquarters.
• Successful completion of credit, criminal background, and pre-employment drug screening is required.
• Employment eligibility is verified through the U.S. E-Verify program.
