Technical Writer Intern (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; virtual employment is available only in the listed states. No travel required.

Salary: $24.00–$26.00 per hour

What you will do

• Interview project stakeholders to understand products and customers.
• Write technical documentation and collaborate with designers on illustrations and other images.
• Coordinate content reviews with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Work with web and creative services on document publication.
• Submit documentation revisions to source control.
• Learn and apply Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, web authoring, Copilot, AI, and SEO workflows.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field and returning to school in Fall 2027.
• Coursework in technical writing, electrical engineering, or computer science.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to clarity, concision, and accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage competing deadlines.
• Familiarity with single-source or multi-channel authoring applications, HTML/CSS, creative applications, or video editing.
• Must be eligible for virtual employment from one of the listed United States states.

Nice to have

• Experience with MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Creative Cloud, or other graphics applications.
• Experience with Microsoft, Google, open-source, or Apple office applications.
• Understanding of AI workflows and agents.
