Customer Success Intern (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Addison, Texas; employees must work in the office at least three days per week.

Salary: $27 per hour, with 401(k) matching and a monthly communications reimbursement allowance.

What you will do

• Support customer value realization, retention, and expansion by collaborating with Sales, Solution Engineers, Domain Architects, and account teams.
• Analyze customer environments and segmentation to help develop adoption and expansion plans for the hirify.global platform.
• Identify opportunities to integrate hirify.global into customer business processes and controls to increase ROI.
• Support executive business reviews and build strong relationships with customers, peers, and partners.
• Complete a project improving Customer Success efficiency and effectiveness while collaborating with a mentor and other interns.
• Train on the hirify.global platform, develop customer-facing sales and presentation skills, and shadow full-time Customer Success Managers.

Requirements

• Full-time availability from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027.
• Current undergraduate enrollment at a college or university, with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028.
• GPA of 3.5 or above.
• Demonstrated consulting, project management, critical thinking, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of endpoint technology and a team-oriented, mission-first approach.
• Interest in learning new technology.
