Solutions Architect (Blockchain/AI)

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership throughout the customer journey, from discovery and solution design through deployment, adoption, expansion, and renewal support.
• Partner with Sales, Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering as a core member of account teams.
• Translate customer objectives, operational pain points, and technical constraints into solution designs, implementation paths, and measurable outcomes.
• Create tailored demonstrations, proof-of-value experiences, technical narratives, dashboards, notebooks, data integrations, reference architectures, and automation workflows.
• Conduct blockchain investigations and deliver compliance, regulatory, risk, fraud, and security guidance.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows and integrations that improve investigations, data access, platform adoption, and customer self-sufficiency.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in financial services, compliance, investigations, fraud, cybersecurity, digital assets, transaction monitoring, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise product management.
• Ability to explain complex technical and operational concepts to technical practitioners, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, written communication, and investigative problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with technical tools and learning new technologies; experience with Python or another programming language, SQL, data analysis, notebooks, workflow automation, APIs, integrations, or AI tools is valuable.
• Ability to work effectively with ambiguous requirements, incomplete information, and undefined solution paths.
• Interest in blockchain and commitment to developing technical depth and understanding of the digital-asset market.
