What you will do
- Manage end-to-end EDI transactions supporting B2B and B2G operations.
- Onboard and maintain government agencies and external trading partners.
- Develop and maintain EDI mappings, translation rules, and integration workflows.
- Monitor transaction processing, troubleshoot errors, and implement corrective actions.
- Integrate EDI platforms with SAP and other ERP systems, including testing and deployment.
- Support compliance reviews, documentation, data-quality initiatives, and user training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience supporting EDI, B2B, or B2G integration environments.
- Knowledge of ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, AS2, EDI mapping, translation tools, and integration platforms.
- Experience with SAP IDocs, ALE integration frameworks, or similar ERP technologies.
- Knowledge of FTP, SFTP, and AS2 file-transfer technologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
