TL;DR
UI/UX Designer (Figma/Web/Mobile): Creating modern interfaces, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, visual presentation materials, and basic motion and video content for web and mobile products with an accent on visual consistency, usability, and pixel-perfect execution. Focus on improving UX through user feedback and analytics, building design systems, and collaborating with product managers and developers.
Location: On-site in Tashkent, Uzbekistan; 5/2 schedule, 09:00–18:00

What you will do
- Design modern user interfaces for web and mobile products.
- Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI designs.
- Develop visual materials for presentations and product demonstrations.
- Create basic UI animations, short videos, and screen recordings.
- Improve user experience using feedback and analytics.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders while maintaining design consistency.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of UI/UX or product design experience; relevant project and freelance experience is accepted.
- Experience designing interfaces for both web and mobile products.
- Confident knowledge of Figma.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, spacing, and visual design fundamentals.
- Experience creating wireframes and interactive prototypes, with basic motion and video production skills.
- Higher or incomplete higher education in design, digital media, or a related field, or relevant professional courses and certification.
Nice to have
- Strong portfolio with web and mobile design cases.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
- Knowledge of modern UI/UX trends and best practices.
- Experience creating UI animations, product videos, or promotional videos.
