Capture Artist (Gaming): Capturing high-quality gameplay footage and screenshots for marketing, promotional, in-game, and social content with an accent on gameplay staging, visual composition, and technical capture workflows. Focus on operating debug builds and capture hardware, troubleshooting recording setups, and organizing assets for editorial and creative teams.
Location: Flexible remote role with pay varying by geographic location; Seattle is given as an example location.
Salary: $25–$35 USD per hour

What you will do
- Capture high-quality gameplay footage and screenshots across game modes and scenarios.
- Stage gameplay moments that highlight features, mechanics, and player experiences.
- Work with debug game builds, camera controls, capture hardware, and recording devices.
- Configure recording settings and troubleshoot game builds, hardware, and software issues.
- Organize, document, and distribute captured assets to editorial and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with producers, creative directors, developers, marketing, and editorial teams.
Requirements
- Experience working with debug builds and camera controls.
- General computer proficiency on Mac and PC.
- Strong attention to detail, visual composition, and ability to follow creative direction.
- Strong organizational and asset management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented and productive approach.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere and Media Encoder.
