Web & SEO Manager (SEO)

Location: Fully remote; preferred location is global. Working hours: 9 am–6 pm CT.

Salary: $1,600–$2,000 per month.

What you will do

• Manage, maintain, update, and secure the WordPress website end to end.
• Execute technical, on-page, and local SEO strategies for competitive legal searches.
• Optimize the Google Business Profile, local listings, NAP consistency, and map visibility.
• Monitor Google spam audits, algorithm updates, automated filtering, rankings, and profile issues.
• Use Google Analytics and Search Console to track traffic, conversions, and performance trends.
• Coordinate with the law firm, external agencies, and vendors while managing reviews, reputation, and marketing content.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SEO, GEO, and web development for U.S. companies.
• Hands-on experience maintaining and updating WordPress websites.
• Strong technical, on-page, and local SEO experience with proven ranking and traffic results.
• Understanding of AI discovery, generative engine optimization, and LLM-driven search tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self-directed approach to identifying technical risks and recommending solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with U.S. law firms or competitive, high-intent local services.
• Experience with reputation management and Google Reviews management.
• Experience creating blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
