Web & SEO Manager

Location: Fully remote; preferred location is global. Working hours: 9 am–6 pm CT. US Federal Holidays.

Salary: USD 1,600–2,000 per month

What you will do

• Manage, maintain, update, and secure the WordPress website end to end.
• Execute technical, on-page, and local SEO strategies for legal search queries.
• Optimize the Google Business Profile, local listings, NAP consistency, and maps visibility.
• Monitor and resolve Google spam audits, algorithm updates, ranking issues, and listing suppressions.
• Track traffic, conversions, and performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Coordinate with the law firm’s leadership, marketing agencies, and vendors while creating blogs, newsletters, press releases, and reputation-management content.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SEO, GEO, and web development for U.S. companies.
• Proven experience managing and updating WordPress websites.
• Strong technical, on-page, and local SEO expertise with demonstrated ranking and traffic results.
• Understanding of AI discovery, generative engine optimization, and LLM-driven search tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive, self-directed approach with experience in reputation and Google Reviews management.

Nice to have

• Experience with U.S. law firms or competitive, high-intent local services.
• Experience creating blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
