Client Account Manager, Large Customer Sales (Tech)

Location: Must be based in San Francisco or Los Angeles, United States

Salary: $135,100–$189,200 USD base salary per year, plus equity and commission eligibility.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Client Partners to achieve advertisers’ marketing goals and drive revenue growth.
• Manage relationships with agencies and Fortune 500 advertising clients.
• Lead campaign launches, optimization, revenue delivery, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution.
• Advise clients on awareness and direct-response objectives and develop media plans.
• Communicate client feedback and campaign metrics to cross-functional stakeholders to help shape Reddit’s native ads product roadmap.
• Mentor and train team members while identifying improvements to account operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management.
• Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel, traditional marketing, digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
• Experience building relationships with external partners and working through product, process, and client challenges.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment with strong attention to detail.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience; Excel proficiency is preferred.
