TL;DR
Editor (Contractor) (Digital Learning Content): Reviewing and quality-assuring digital learning materials and training deliverables with an accent on proofreading, copy editing, accessibility, style-guide compliance, and user experience. Location: Remote from Mexico
Compensation: Flexible day-rate schedule; variable workload based on business needs.

What you will do
- Review learning content and deliverables for spelling, grammar, punctuation, readability, consistency, logical flow, and user experience.
- Check compliance with client style guides, editorial standards, branding requirements, and audience needs.
- Verify that graphics, media, tables, and illustrations accurately support the learning content.
- Validate that requested revisions have been implemented correctly across digital learning assets.
- Recommend improvements to content quality and accessibility.
- Support the creation and maintenance of QA documentation, resources, and processes.
Requirements
- Deep fluency in written English with strong writing, proofreading, and copy-editing skills.
- At least two years of experience in content quality assurance, editing, proofreading, instructional content review, learning development, or a related field.
- Experience with client-specific style guides, editorial standards, and branding requirements.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience supporting learning content, training materials, digital learning solutions, or instructional content development.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments under deadlines, collaborate remotely, and support a variable schedule.

- Familiarity with current accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Experience collaborating with distributed teams.
