What you will do
- Assist with endpoint deployment, lifecycle management, asset management, and configuration management.
- Support Active Directory, identity administration, cloud administration, and migration efforts.
- Participate in infrastructure projects, system upgrades, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Support endpoint security, compliance, and enterprise technology governance initiatives.
- Develop operational dashboards and reporting.
- Document technical procedures and support automation initiatives using PowerShell and Power Platform.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, CIS, or a related field.
- Understanding of operating systems and networking fundamentals.
- Interest in infrastructure, cloud technologies, and enterprise IT operations.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and a desire to learn.
