What you will do

• Build delivery quality dashboards, including quality-gate compliance monitoring.
• Develop Jira quality checks such as validators, post-functions, workflows, and link rules.
• Align quality checks with the software delivery lifecycle.
• Prototype and build AI enablers for story linting, acceptance-criteria analysis, test-case generation, and risk scoring.
• Contribute to software quality, engineering excellence, test automation, and continuous improvement across the bank’s technology landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Data Analytics, with above-average grades.
• Graduation must have occurred no more than 12 months before the programme.
• Initial practical experience through internships, research projects, hackathons, or personal projects involving software engineering, automation, data analytics, or AI.
• Fluent English is required.
• Eligibility to work in Singapore is required.
• Global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, passion for wealth management, and strong appetite for learning.
