What you will do
- Develop, implement, validate, and support manufacturing test software for new and existing products.
- Translate mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, and system-level requirements into practical test solutions.
- Collaborate with product development, factory, quality, software engineering, and external partner teams.
- Analyze test failures, identify root causes, and recommend improvements to product design, test coverage, and manufacturing quality.
- Improve test software robustness, troubleshoot production issues, and provide technical documentation, training, and support.
- Optimize test througut, reduce test cycle time, and improve factory productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Strong programming fundamentals and experience or interest in software development, test automation, embedded systems, firmware, image processing, AI, or machine learning.
- Programming knowledge in Python, SQL, VB, C#, or equivalent technologies.
- Familiarity with data analysis, software testing methodologies, test plans, debugging, test scripts, and automation tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
- More than 7 years of relevant experience is preferred; junior-to-mid-level engineers with strong fundamentals are also welcome to apply.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and related frameworks.
- Interest in autonomous or agentic solutions.
