Legal Counsel - Nordics Qualified (Commercial and Corporate Law): Supporting Fever’s worldwide operations with an emphasis on Nordic jurisdictions, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and advising on corporate, compliance, litigation, and dispute matters with an accent on regional legal strategy and regulatory alignment. Focus on translating complex legal issues into business outcomes, coordinating multi-jurisdictional matters, and managing legal risks during regional expansion.
Location: Madrid, Spain, at ’s headquarters; hybrid work with an expectation to move to Madrid if currently living elsewhere

What you will do
- Provide general legal support and adapt the company’s legal strategy to business needs in Nordic countries.
- Advise on corporate, commercial, compliance, litigation, and dispute matters with internal and external subject-matter experts.
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, terms, and conditions across multiple jurisdictions.
- Monitor legislative and jurisprudential developments in the region.
- Coordinate complex legal matters with internal stakeholders and external legal advisers.
- Prepare and update legal templates, guides, and knowledge resources while supporting the development of other team members.
Requirements
- Practising or barred European lawyer with 4+ years of post-qualification experience in one or more Nordic jurisdictions.
- Experience at a top-tier law firm or as in-house counsel at a large multinational company.
- Fluent English and French or German required.
- Strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to translate complex legal issues into business outcomes.
- Strong technical skills, communication abilities, autonomy, and emotional intelligence.
