Clinical Research Associate, Single Sponsor dedicated in Poland

Location: Warsaw, Poland; the role includes on-site clinical trial monitoring visits.

Annual base pay: 132,800–280,000 PLN, with the actual offer depending on qualifications, experience, location, and schedule.

What you will do

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Maintain appropriate clinical study documentation.
• Support subject recruitment planning and establish regular communication with assigned sites.
• Administer protocol and study-related training for sites.
• Evaluate site practice quality and integrity and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Track regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion, and data query resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• At least one year of experience in on-site clinical trial monitoring.
• Knowledge of applicable clinical research regulations, including GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and laptop-based work.
• Good command of Polish and English is required.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.
