Events Operations Lead (Travel Events): Managing the end-to-end execution of approximately 55 annual B2B field events with an accent on calendars, logistics, vendor coordination, contracts, invoicing, and sales alignment. Focus on building repeatable event systems, coordinating complex stakeholder workflows, and collecting feedback to improve event ROI.
Location: Remote, Canada-based. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Canada. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are not available. The role includes work-related travel once or twice a year and an Amsterdam HQ visit for 2–4 weeks annually.
Salary: $51K annually.

What you will do
- Own the yearly event calendar of approximately 55 events and adjust it as priorities change each quarter.
- Manage event execution and logistics, including booths, collateral, registration, exhibitor profiles, passes, VAT, procurement, shipping, and swag.
- Handle event agreements, contracts, invoicing, and out-of-pocket expense reconciliation in Ramp.
- Coordinate sales managers, account executives, vendors, finance, design, organizers, and onsite teams through dedicated Slack channels and approval workflows.
- Partner with data and operations on lead-list submission, lead routing, and post-event feedback collection.
- Build and maintain the event playbook and SOPs, while briefing creative teams on booth and print materials.
Requirements
- Hands-on B2B field-event experience, including booth operations, vendor relationships, and logistics under deadline pressure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to build calendars, systems, and repeatable processes.
- Comfort managing contracts, invoicing, expenses, sales approval chains, and onsite teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Legal right to work in Canada is required; visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are unavailable.
Nice to have
- Experience in the travel industry, marketplace businesses, or community-led growth.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and event ROI tracking.
- Experience creating or scaling an event playbook or SOP from scratch.
- Fluency with AI tools for automating event workflows.
