Field Service Engineer, Electrophysiology (MEA)

Location: Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates; requires extensive travel across the Middle East and Africa region, approximately 50–70%.

What you will do

• Manage customer service requests from initiation through resolution and provide technical support to customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Install, upgrade, maintain, and repair electrophysiology systems on site, including planned preventative maintenance and urgent repairs.
• Support new electrophysiology product launches by installing systems, providing initial support, and training customers.
• Manage spare-parts availability, service quotes, orders, invoicing, shipping logistics, and related administration.
• Monitor warranties and service contracts, follow up on renewals, and collaborate with commercial teams, distributors, and regional business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical, electrical, or electronic engineering.
• At least 3 years of related field service experience.
• Experience with electrophysiology systems, such as 3D cardiac mapping systems, RF generators, and associated diagnostic equipment, is strongly preferred.
• Ability to perform independent on-site service activities and travel extensively across the Middle East and Africa.
• Customer-centric approach, collaboration skills, technical troubleshooting ability, and a safety-oriented mindset.
