What you will do
- Develop, implement, and continuously review site HSE plans across UAE projects.
- Prepare monthly HSE performance reports for clients and project management.
- Advise project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors on safety practices, regulations, and risk mitigation.
- Lead toolbox talks and regular HSE meetings with site representatives.
- Monitor sites proactively to identify unsafe practices, behaviors, and occupational health or welfare gaps.
- Maintain QA, statutory, regulatory, and EHS compliance across site activities.
Requirements
- UAE National
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, EHS, or a related field.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate or NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
- Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of practical HSE experience in a live project or construction environment.
- Knowledge of health, safety, environmental, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership, risk evaluation, risk reduction, and continuous improvement skills.
