Senior HR Business Partner (Healthcare)

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Salary: PLN 140,000–259,900 annualized base pay

What you will do

• Act as an HR Business Partner for assigned business areas, advising management and employees across local or regional service areas.
• Build strong relationships with business partners, HR specialist functions, and Centers of Excellence.
• Coach and counsel managers, support employee engagement, performance management, talent retention, and organizational efficiency.
• Use HR data and analysis to develop fact-based recommendations and solutions.
• Support HR programs, projects, organizational effectiveness, change management, reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and transfers.
• Manage HR queries and employee relations cases, while supporting recruitment and selection processes.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in an HR partnering function or a combination of generalist and HR specialist experience.
• Strong partnership, influencing, stakeholder management, coaching, counseling, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Very good knowledge of local and relevant employment legislation.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, presentation, discretion, confidentiality, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and in uncertain situations.
• Project management skills.
