What you will do

• Supervise the production of authentic Chinese cuisine and support the Executive Chef team.
• Design, develop, and present Chinese menus according to customer needs, pricing structures, and budgets.
• Manage, train, evaluate, coach, and motivate the kitchen team.
• Plan daily production and maintain quality, efficiency, and compliance with operational standards.
• Control food costs, inspect raw materials and finished products, and maintain consistent quality.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, critical control points, health and safety, food safety, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Specialist Chinese Chef or in a similar high-end fresh food role.
• Strong knowledge and passion for authentic Chinese cuisine and fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Leadership experience with a positive, professional, and adaptable approach.
• Clear and engaging communication skills with strong written and verbal English.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
