What you will do

  • Participate in the aseptic processing and manufacture of clinical and commercial cell therapy products.
  • Perform cell culture manipulations in Grade A/B cleanrooms and operate manufacturing equipment according to approved SOPs.
  • Follow contamination control, containment, safety, and GMP requirements.
  • Complete GMP documentation, review manufacturing batch records, and communicate procedural deviations.
  • Support aseptic process simulations, deviation investigations, troubleshooting, and production schedules.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and other site functions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in a scientific or technical discipline is preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience with cell therapy technologies or related biopharmaceutical manufacturing in a cGMP environment.
  • Working knowledge of aseptic processing, cleanroom operations, cGMP requirements, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to follow SOPs, manufacturing instructions, production schedules, and complete GMP documentation.
  • Ability to perform routine aseptic gowning, stand for up to 6 hours, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong organizational, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • Experience reviewing manufacturing records.
  • Experience with SAP and LIMS.
  • Associate degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
