Security Coordinator (Sales Market Netherlands)

Location: Brussels, Belgium; requires visits to multiple store locations

What you will do

• Plan and execute security audits and internal monitoring in stores according to Green Security Standards.
• Monitor security requirements across stores and areas, report findings, and follow up on expected outcomes.
• Identify risks, analyse gaps, and propose corrective actions using audit and compliance tools.
• Deliver security training and awareness sessions, provide operational troubleshooting, and promote consistent standards.
• Support fraud investigations, compliance case reporting, and security-related reviews.
• Visit stores to support the yearly stock take process and troubleshoot operational issues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in security, operations, compliance, or retail service roles.
• Minimum experience as a retail store manager.
• Knowledge of security compliance programs, standards, audits, store operations, security tools, and yearly stock take processes.
• Experience executing compliance programs, monitoring security requirements, and assisting with fraud investigations and reporting.
• Good written and spoken English and French are required.
• Strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, organisational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Certification in compliance, audit, or another security-related area.
