Associate Software Engineer (React Native): Building scalable enterprise mobile applications for customers and field technicians with an accent on React Native development, maintainable features, and mobile-backend integrations. Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India; onsite Monday through Thursday, with a flexible work location on Fridays

What you will do
- Contribute to the design and development of React Native mobile applications.
- Build scalable, maintainable, and intuitive features for customers and field technicians.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, apply development best practices, and document technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues across mobile applications and backend integrations.
- Support continuous improvement of development processes and team efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of software development experience.
- Strong foundation in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and core programming concepts.
- Experience building or contributing to React Native applications.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and state management such as Redux.
- Problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and basic Agile/Scrum skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Capacitor or other hybrid mobile frameworks.
- Exposure to the ServiceNow platform or enterprise applications.
- Understanding of mobile-first design principles.
- Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards.
