What you will do
- Develop data science and machine learning solutions for the retail media product.
- Lead end-to-end initiatives from problem definition and experimentation through production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and domain experts to turn business challenges into data-driven products.
- Design, evaluate, and improve machine learning models and experiments using complex real-world datasets.
- Develop retail media measurement and optimization approaches, including attribution, ROAS measurement, incrementality testing, causal inference, uplift modelling, and experiment design.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in applied data science and machine learning, including building and deploying production models.
- Strong Python, SQL, statistical modelling, and large-scale data processing skills.
- Hands-on experience with marketing or advertising measurement, including attribution, ROAS, causal inference, incrementality testing, uplift modelling, matched-market approaches, and experimental design.
- Ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems and create structure in an evolving product area.
- Experience with Databricks, Spark, Azure, MLOps, experimentation and analytics frameworks, Git, and CI/CD.
