What you will do

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment installations at customer sites.
Analyze technical issues, resolve them through standard operating procedures, and escalate when necessary.
Train customer operators and support production efficiency.
Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development.
Ensure compliance with safety, food-quality, reporting, and occupational health standards.
Represent hirify.global professionally and suggest improvements to customer operations and service delivery.

Requirements

Up to 3 years of experience in maintenance, service, or installation roles.
Education in industrial systems, automation, or process engineering.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and automation knowledge.
Availability to travel up to 80% of the time and work at customer sites.
Intermediate English proficiency in written and verbal communication.
Proactive, customer-first mindset.
