Senior Data & Process Developer (PLM)

Location: Elsbethen, Austria, based at the headquarters in Salzburg. Travel: 0–10%.

Minimum salary: EUR 2,986 gross per month; market-oriented compensation is stated to be significantly higher.

hirify.global operates a global product and consumer goods business with a Global Data Team focused on digital transformation and process optimization.

What you will do

• Develop PLM processes, data flows, system features, and end-to-end target concepts.
• Gather, challenge, document, and translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications for IT.
• Manage digital transformation projects and programs, including work packages, timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, reporting, and escalations.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops, project meetings, and steering meetings with cross-functional stakeholders and senior management.
• Drive prototyping, validation, testing, and functional integration of new solutions.
• Lead process handover to the Data Quality team, including documentation, training materials, and training sessions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in a PLM role or as a key user or consultant for relevant applications.
• Deep knowledge of product lifecycle management solutions and experience implementing PLM process improvements.
• Experience translating pain points into business requirements and system integration concepts.
• Proven project or program management experience in digital transformation.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, presentation, solution-oriented, and process-oriented skills.
• Knowledge of end-to-end operations and FMCG environments; experience with ARAS or SAP is beneficial.

• Experience with ARAS or SAP.
• End-to-end operations knowledge in an FMCG environment.
