Senior Tax / Corporate Lawyer / Consultant

We’re looking for a Senior Tax / Corporate Lawyer or Consultant to join an international fintech group operating across crypto and electronic money.
The role sits at the intersection of international tax, corporate structuring and regulated financial businesses.

What you’ll work on:
— International taxation & withholding tax
— VAT & transfer pricing
— Cross-border corporate structures & tax optimisation
— Onshore / offshore structures
— OECD rules and international tax matters
— Corporate law & governance of regulated entities
— Ownership changes, restructurings & group holding structures
— Advising on complex cross-border corporate matters

What we’re looking for:
— Strong background in international tax and/or corporate law
— Experience with cross-border structures and international financial businesses
— Ideally, a background in tax advisory / consulting
— In-house experience can also work if it’s within a complex fintech, crypto, payments or other international financial company
— Strong knowledge of international tax principles, OECD rules and transfer pricing
— Excellent English

Industry experience is important: crypto, payments, fintech, electronic money, financial services or other complex/high-risk regulated industries.

Location: Worldwide, Cyprus preferred
Format: Full-time
