Pharmacy Pre-Grad Intern (Pharmacy)

Location: Onsite at 8180 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 28273-3325, United States

Hourly wage: $20.50–$33.50 per hour, with possible performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Process prescription and over-the-counter orders and purchases.
• Recognize patient needs, provide support, and help patients navigate clinical therapies.
• Maintain confidentiality of information, documentation, and records in accordance with company, state, and federal requirements.
• Receive and stock pharmacy merchandise and supplies.
• Manage inventory and maintain the pharmacy area.
• Support community activities, outreach, and events.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited pharmacy school.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementation of best practices.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and the pharmacy team.
• Ability to respond to individual patient needs.
• Commitment to HIPAA and protected health information requirements.

Nice to have

• Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certification.
