Business Development Manager

Location: Remote from İstanbul, Turkey; flexibility to work across international time zones and willingness to travel domestically and internationally are preferred.

What you will do

• Create detailed business plans for the assigned domestic or international region.
• Lead sales and marketing activities through the shared team to achieve business goals and targets.
• Manage sales cycles from initial engagement through completion.
• Present company and product value as a brand ambassador.
• Track market trends and report planned versus actual business performance to the board and management.

Requirements

• Experience selling SaaS software and handling BFSI customers or government agencies.
• At least 5 years of experience in an IT or software company, or a B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or IT.
• MBA or PGDM in Marketing is accepted.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Verifiable evidence of previous sales or business performance.
• Willingness to work across international time zones; domestic and international travel is preferred.
