Software Developer (AdTech)

Location: Warsaw, Poland — hybrid remote and in-person work

hirify.global is a global staffing company recruiting for an advertising technology client that builds audience intelligence and campaign automation tools for brands, agencies, and publishers.

What you will do

• Develop, enhance, and maintain the main AdTech platform across backend and frontend components.
• Work with Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Vertica, MySQL, AWS, S3, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Research core technologies and integrate external APIs and third-party services.
• Provide effective solutions to ongoing technical challenges.
• Contribute to a platform processing large data volumes for programmatic advertising decisions and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent education.
• 2+ years of experience developing complex enterprise web applications and distributed systems in production.
• Strong Java programming experience with an emphasis on the Spring framework.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and collaborate effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, Vue, or React.
