Binance Accelerator Program - Data Analyst (Web3)

What you will do

• Maintain business reports and dashboards, monitor user activity and engagement metrics, and identify anomalies.
• Analyze user journeys, segmentation, funnels, retention, conversion, and user experience opportunities.
• Evaluate content formats, topics, creators, incentive programs, and community campaigns.
• Support analysis of product features, operational campaigns, and A/B tests, then summarize findings and recommendations.
• Extract and analyze data for product and operations teams while validating event tracking, metric definitions, and data quality.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a master's degree program or above, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, including multi-table joins, grouping, and aggregation.
• Strong Excel skills for data preparation and analysis.
• Foundational statistics knowledge and familiarity with funnel and retention analysis.
• Interest in content-driven community products, user behavior, content distribution, and creator ecosystems.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, learning, execution, and data accuracy skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, R, or BI tools for data analysis and visualization.
• Previous data analytics internship, coursework, project, or competition experience.
• Experience in content creation, community operations, or campus media management.
• Availability to work at least four days per week for a minimum of six consecutive months.
