Market Community Lead – League of Legends DACH (Gaming)

What you will do

• Develop and execute community engagement programs for League of Legends players across the DACH market.
• Build relationships with local creators, influencers, and community leaders, from sourcing through campaign execution.
• Partner with Publishing, Esports, Creative, and regional and global teams on campaigns, activations, and esports initiatives.
• Create locally relevant player communications aligned with regional product strategy and global messaging.
• Monitor player sentiment, gather community insights, and communicate recommendations to internal teams.
• Track and report community and influencer campaign impact to improve future activations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in community management, influencer relations, or marketing communications in gaming, entertainment, or related industries.
• Experience growing player communities through targeted programs and activations.
• Experience managing influencer and creator partnerships.
• Professional fluency in German and English is required.
• Ability to adapt global messaging for local audiences.
• Deep understanding of League of Legends, its esports ecosystem, the MOBA landscape, and player culture in the DACH market.
