Marketing Internship

Location: Onsite in Berlin, Germany; candidates must already be based in Berlin. Relocation support is not available.

International company with a fast-moving marketing environment and global campaigns.

What you will do

• Support global marketing campaigns, activations, events, social media, and email communication.
• Prepare LinkedIn posts, short scripts, campaign materials, and other content.
• Support HubSpot activities, printing coordination, and day-to-day marketing operations.
• Work with experienced marketers on real projects and smaller operational requests.
• Support team events and selected events or team gatherings when needed.

Requirements

• Must be studying at a university or equivalent institution, or otherwise eligible for an internship in Germany.
• Must be based in Berlin and able to work onsite.
• Fluent German and English are required.
• Proactive, organized, adaptable, and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Basic understanding of marketing, communications, social media, or business principles.
• Willingness to learn new digital tools and handle both creative and operational work.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot, CRM, marketing automation, or email marketing platforms.
• Experience with Canva, social media platforms, or short-form content creation.
• Experience using AI and large language model tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, or Word.
• Experience supporting events, university projects, student organizations, or campaigns.
