What you will do

• Lead editorial operations for the French and Belgian markets across Secret Media Network.
• Manage editors, writers, video producers, and social media creatives through clear workflows, prioritization, feedback, and one-on-one support.
• Define and execute the network-wide creative vision while maintaining editorial standards, brand identity, and tone of voice.
• Analyze city-level KPIs and audience data to shape content, distribution, growth, and conversion strategies.
• Develop editorial partnerships and scalable content formats that expand reach and support revenue objectives.
• Build and optimize content-driven conversion funnels and lead hands-on content initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a newsroom, content agency, creative agency, or digital media organization.
• At least 2 years of team management experience and strong leadership skills.
• Native or bilingual French and English proficiency required.
• Strong knowledge of journalism, local media, social media, and digital marketing.
• Experience with media mapping, external partnerships, presentation, writing, creative development, and audience-growth strategy.
• Digital fluency across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, optimization technologies, AI-driven processes, and workflow automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with WordPress, Photoshop, Canva, and other image or video editing software.
• Established media network contacts and industry connections.
