Brand Content Production Intern

Global beauty company with a portfolio spanning fragrance, color cosmetics, skincare, and body care.

What you will do

• Coordinate photo and video shoots, including briefs, moodboards, timelines, logistics, and product shipments.
• Manage production schedules and track content assets through final delivery.
• Support creative briefs, production guidelines, and content production projects with marketing, creative, brand, production, and agency partners.
• Assist with post-production workflows, feedback rounds, approvals, and content asset curation.
• Contribute to launch toolkits and content packages for Prestige and Consumer Beauty brands.
• Prepare meeting notes, action trackers, debriefs, portfolios, presentations, and Content Hub references.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Previous internship experience.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong interest in content production, brand communication, and creative processes.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Initial experience in project management, production, content, communication, or an agency environment.
