What you will do
- Lead the implementation of Etihad Cargo's commercial strategy for Ghana, West Africa, and assigned customer accounts.
- Manage and coordinate the appointed GSA team, including setting KPIs, service levels, coaching, and performance management.
- Develop country, area, and account plans to increase revenue, load factor, yield, and product mix.
- Manage customer contracts and relationships across global, regional, and local accounts.
- Use market intelligence to identify opportunities, address obstacles, and provide feedback to headquarters.
- Drive the implementation of iCargo, self-service solutions, direct booking, and e-Airway Bill capabilities while coordinating with GHA and cargo terminal operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- At least 3 years of commercial experience within cargo.
- Extensive knowledge of the West Africa market and strong customer relationships.
- Strong cargo commercial experience.
- Basic knowledge and experience with GHA and warehouse handling.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is essential.
