Digital and Employee Communications Specialist

Location: Melbourne, Australia. Hybrid work-from-home arrangements will be considered.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver employee communication campaigns and engagement initiatives.
• Create articles, videos, newsletters, presentations, social media posts and other digital storytelling assets.
• Manage and optimise internal channels including the intranet, employee newsletters and digital screens.
• Support organisational announcements, leadership communications and change communication activities.
• Maintain hirify.global Australia's website and social media presence while aligning communications with brand and strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and business leaders, monitor communication performance and identify improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in corporate, employee or digital communications, or a related field.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex information to diverse audiences.
• Experience managing digital communication channels, websites and content management systems.
• Strong understanding of social media, digital content and audience engagement principles.
• Strong stakeholder relationship-building, organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Relevant qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related discipline; an Australian Defence Security Clearance at baseline level, or the ability to obtain one, is required.

• Graphic design, video production or multimedia content creation skills.
