Internal Communications Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Partner closely with the CEO and Head of Comms to make leadership communication clear, consistent, and trusted.
• Own the company narrative, recurring communication cadences, and internal operating rhythm.
• Plan and deliver high-stakes communications for fundraises, strategy rollouts, reorganizations, and leadership changes.
• Shape company-wide all-hands and improve the quality of presentations across the organization.
• Build AI-native workflows for gathering input, drafting, aggregating, and measuring internal communications.
• Develop leader communication standards, tools, coaching, and feedback loops that improve employee understanding of strategy.

Requirements

• Experience building scalable systems and solving complex organizational problems in demanding environments.
• Track record of advising a founder or CEO on sensitive, high-stakes communications.
• Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to inform and align audiences under deadline.
• Strong judgment, discretion, structured thinking, and the ability to challenge leadership constructively.
• Deeply AI-native approach, including using AI for information gathering, aggregation, drafting, measurement, and internal tool creation.
• Ability to understand organizational dynamics and work across European and US offices.

Nice to have

• Background in communications, chief of staff, a founder’s office, strategy, or consulting.
