About the Role We are looking for a passionate Backend Developer with strong experience in Golang or Rust to build scalable, high-performance backend systems powering next-generation platforms.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex distributed system challenges, building resilient backend services, and working on products that serve millions of transactions in real time.

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Frontend Engineers, QA, and DevOps teams in an international, fast-paced product environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang or Rust.
• Build secure, reliable, and high-performance APIs supporting large-scale product ecosystems.
• Design and optimize microservices architecture for high availability and low latency.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Frontend Developers, and QA Engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Design database schemas and optimize SQL/NoSQL queries for performance and scalability.
• Develop backend services for core business modules such as authentication, payment, wallet, promotion, bonus, loyalty, user management, reporting, and CMS. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
• Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve backend performance and reliability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Golang or Rust.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, WebSocket, or message queue systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, or similar.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong understanding of concurrency, multithreading, caching strategies, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
• Good English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international team.
• Experience or strong interest in the iGaming domain is highly preferred.
