What you will do
- Create, maintain, and update material codes, descriptions, units of measure, material groups, and other SAP fields while preventing duplicates.
- Create and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders, maintaining supplier, pricing, quantity, and delivery information.
- Maintain SAP and Ariba data standards, identify errors, and support master data integrity.
- Coordinate transactional requirements with Procurement, SCM, Finance, Engineering, Production, and other functions.
- Monitor transaction volumes, processing times, and data quality, and identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes.
Requirements
- University degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, IT, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in procurement operations, master data, SAP/ERP, or supply chain administration.
- Practical SAP experience; SAP Ariba knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong Excel and data management skills, attention to detail, and a process-oriented approach.
- English and Kazakh are required. Russian is an advantage.
