Location: Oxford, England; site-based full-time, not eligible for remote work

What you will do
- Execute immunoassay development, qualification, validation, and clinical sample testing activities.
- Generate, analyze, and deliver high-quality bioanalytical data within defined timelines.
- Prepare media, chemicals, and reagents while maintaining accurate batch records.
- Maintain laboratory space and support equipment maintenance and operational excellence.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate quality issues to study or scientific leads.
- Draft or review bioanalytical plans, reports, and standard operating procedures while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related life science discipline.
- Experience working in a laboratory environment with demonstrated independence and strong work ethic.
- Good written, presentation, interpersonal, and computational skills.
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably GraphPad Prism.
- Willingness to work primarily in a laboratory environment, with occasional overtime or weekend shifts when required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of regulated environments, including GCP and ISO standards.
- Experience with LIMS systems.
