Value & Access Senior Manager, Obesity and Related Conditions

Salary: $163,072.50–$220,627.50 annually

What you will do

• Build payer control analyses and integrate them into weekly new-to-brand and total prescription tracking.
• Evaluate pricing, coverage, demand, and affordability data to support coverage and pricing strategies.
• Develop obesity-specific and employer-specific modules in Contracting-IQ for deal modeling and direct employer contracting.
• Triangulate Clarivate, MMIT, partner, claims, prescription, outlet, and payer coverage data to refine segmentation and targeting.
• Build CAP-AI for obesity to support dynamic copay and patient access decisions, including cash-pay interactions.
• Partner with Payer Marketing, Pricing and Contracting, and Brand Marketing teams to prioritize analytics for MariTide value and access strategy.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States; the role is remote.
• Doctorate plus 2 years, master's degree plus 4 years, bachelor's degree plus 6 years, associate's degree plus 10 years, or high school diploma/GED plus 12 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of healthcare experience in biopharmaceuticals, healthcare, or strategy consulting, with expertise in coverage, access, and reimbursement drivers.
• Experience with healthcare analytics, pharmacy benefit products, PBM and formulary structures, contracting, pricing, or direct payer work.
• Strong analytical, conceptual problem-solving, communication, leadership, and execution skills.
• Experience with new product or indication launches, especially in cardiometabolic disease, is preferred.
