Civil Project Engineer

Location: Hybrid position in Irvine, California, or San Diego, California

Salary: $90,000–$145,000 base salary, plus an annual bonus

What you will do

• Plan, design, and develop civil engineering solutions with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Support project strategy, scheduling, coordination, and successful delivery.
• Prepare and oversee schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
• Support construction administration by responding to RFIs and reviewing submittals.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to technical growth within the team.
• Participate in professional organizations and advance the civil engineering profession.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience across all phases of civil engineering projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in California.
• Proficiency in CAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong technical knowledge of industry-standard engineering software.
• Ability to lead civil design efforts and collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment.
